Childhood phases.

What should you do, think, react & plan when you're faced with tonnes of stress, expectations, family issues at this hour?

When you know you've still a long long way ahead before you hit on that final bed and tell yourself "all is well, I've lived life without any regrets".

I believe that your childhood days forms the core of your personality no matter what comes after that. It's because when we're young, we're innocent & therefore hold on to that promise dearly.

We're most gullible and innocent when we're young. But when forces of the opposing site comes into our lives, we've learned that fairy tales and all are full of bull.

A child with a disadvantage family background will always be on the extreme ends when he/she grows up.

Either a dog or a catalyst in the society.

Being a dog in the society means growing up to be a useless piece of shit because they reminisce on their bad experiences when they were young. They have no confidence in life, no goals, no nothing. They stray away, being part of the dump because of excessive self-pitying.

When one is done being fooled, pushed around, etc. They become the latter. All they wanna do is not living a life that allows bad history from repeating.

When shit just happens in your life, you'll just gotta pull yourself up and move forward. Just remember that there will always be mountain high experiences and valley low, something like a roller coaster ride.

Leading troops.

Till that day
I take you home
know that I’m waiting

Haunted by your grace
the beautiful of falling, falling
the echos through my days
I still hear your calling
you calling me.

Ever thought what's life gonna be like without making your own decisions?

Ever thought what would be the the overall dynamics be when you make decisions for a bunch of friends, group or team?

Each of us have different perspective in life, and I believe we can't please everyone through the decision we've made.

Even Jesus has his own set of haters because of mankind's jealousy, pride and hatred.

After much thoughts. Despite being adamant, the results have reflected that such approaches are necessary at times. & it has been proven that it's the most effective way to do it.

Regardless of how much effort we've came out with, at the end of the day, there are bound to have some unappreciative souls. No doubt that this phase of life signifies a child's play lifestyle, it is still essential for each and everyone to have the initiative to do things.

Kite's perspective.

Ask yourself this question without thinking twice:
Which is more affordable?
A Fossil's Watch or a Rolex's Watch?

Answer: - Rolex's Watch.
Though it is priced at a premium cost, it provides a life-time guarantee because of its quality. Unlike the former, we must always purchase a new one due to its limited life-span.

This statement can only be agreed if we look at a long term's perspective.

Through this experience, we can apply this context in many situations.

It is stereotypical for people to think that it's materialistic for someone to purchase such high ticket item. But the matter of fact is, through the process of pertaining to this goal, one needs to work hard for it.

& through the blood & sweat, we learn what real competition is, what is life and ultimately what are the "true colors" of the friends in our social circle.

Personally, it is never wrong to seek for a high expectation in life, especially in terms of salary, monetary aspects.

Whenever I walk pass down the street, I see elderly uncles hanging out there helplessly. Without goals, passion, and most importantly, without love. Wanna reach out to them but somehow, it seems too tough to stay connected to them. Regret lives in them, perhaps they didn't knew what they want when they were young.

Just some thoughts.

Came home from the awards ceremony for business students.

It's kinda prestigeous because your close ones are invited to the event. & they watch you walk up that stage, grabbing hold of that certificate.

It's not like those kind of student union ceremony where people welcome the new family, but it is a celebration that acknowledges your presence, contributions and your hardwork.

Somehow life's feeling a little empty even with these achievements.
What's achievement without having feelings attached to it? Nothing.

Things always have to be personal in order for that particular achievement to be meaningful.

Given the credibility of being one of the best, it's still pointless if the person you want to share with does not show any signs of reciprocation. Perhaps people who don't mind your life couldn't appreciate the achivements you've done.

Somehow opinions do really matter, but mostly those who don't matter in our lives don't affect our emotions.

This cycle of attitude goes on, until someone comes and break this system.

Let it go.

She's gonna fly a thousand miles away.
Thousands of farewell givings, standing before the entrance of glass walls.
Looking at her, from a faraway place.

Going closer, but still with a distance.
Saw her face, in a crowded place.

& I don't know what to do.
Cause i'll never get to you.

Strong Pillars

2 of my closest friends I've made in poly.
But what's up now?
Perhaps I don't know how to express my gratitude to them.

When strangers become strangers once more.

Adversely.

Here they come all the young,
all the old and everybody else who is told.
That I'm here now, yes I'm here now
And as everybody gathers around,
oh I swear we can still hear the sound of your guitar

Broken Down - Kevin Hammond

I managed to talk to one of the kids in church.
"Do you like coffee?". The reply was, "No".
Lol, so I asked why. "Cause it's bitter!"

Church will always be an eye-opener for me. From the youngest to the oldest, we'll learn about the various characteristics of people through church eventually.

Young children always have the liberty to enjoy what freedom really is don't they?
Taking things literally, just the way they are.
Enjoying a cup of milo to a cup of coffee because it tastes so much sweeter.

okay enuf nonsense. What im saying is, in different seasons in our life, we'll view things from a different angle.

Sometimes we've regretted not studying harder during secondary school.
Sometimes we were thankful that the playful nature in us served as a wake up call to reality.

Life is not a bitter sweet process.
But it's a sweet->bitter->sweet journey :)
